Serviced offices - wifi / broadband?
Discussion
I'm just about to start letting out some small serviced offices I've had renovated in our office building on the Wirral. I'm comfortable with the heating / electric / water rates etc all being included in the monthly rent but what is usually offered in the way of broadband / wifi in this sort of office? At the moment there's no dedicated BT line (we have BT infinity in our office on the floor above) although I could get one installed but I'd presume that most people would use their mobile for calls and maybe internet access? The mobile coverage is excellent as there's a Voda / O2 mast across the road which give high speed 4g. If I got a BT line put in and set up a router to provide wifi access I'm guessing this is open to potential misuse as all the offices would have to have the same login details?
Any thoughts please?

Every serviced office I've ever visited has had at the very least its own independant phone line..most buildings when converted have some form of comms network infrastructure service to the nearest BT DP (distribution point).
If this is not the case every client that moves in will order a line then the upheaval of running cables to the closest BT feed which the added cost for the length of time over a few hours will be added on by the Communication provider as a non standard installation.
If you can find a way to run cables to every office from the main feed this will save you and your new occupants a load of grief and keep the place looking tidier.
