Dynamics for SMEs - anyone implement?

We have an array of systems - Office 365 - Ciphr - Sage - an appraisal system - SharePoint - a training system - Kimble (Consulting app based on Salesforce), RDB (Recruitment system) etc etc but very little of it talks to each other

Anyway, I'm very interested in having one source of the truth and a fully integrated front - back end. The Dynamics range / modules seem to fit the bill, so I'm interested in talking to someone that implements this for SMEs. We're not massive (140 staff across UK / HK & Aus) so would prefer someone that understand the smaller business rather than corporate
