it seems to be just US but it will make its way to the UK.

If you are selling across europe with amazon you already have to provide a return address in their country or pre paid shipping back to UK, or refund without return.

Being a small business selling on Amazon and trying to match their service is getting harder by the day. People wonder why they do not get messages replied to at 2:24am Sunday. Amazon answer chat so why do you not reply... followed by 6 messages asking why you have not replied yet.
