[Simpo Two]

Does anyone have a senior contact for LV Britannia/Britannia Rescue please? Their customer services has been playing me about and I need to go up a level or two to get it sorted out. Thanks!

Wow, that is high! Do you happen to have a postal address? They have several offices around the country but no Head Office that I can find...

Brilliant, thank you

[NDA]

Pleasure.

As you probably know, if you politely email the top banana, good things can happen.

[Simpo Two]

Top banana is good. The refund which was promised but then sneakily taken back has been returned plus 150%

Yay!

Milky Bars on me!

Hang on...

No

You!!
