B8 warehouse allowed usage

Ok so I have looked around and cannot find a full definition of allowed work in a b8 rated warehouse, I know storage and distribution along with a small trade desk are allowed (current fit out of unit) but what actual work is allowed if any ?
For example I'm pretty sure you can split large orders , repack for end customers but are you allowed to add value while doing this i.e. Serialising a part , adding part identity markings , customise a bulk order prior to customer dispatch ?
