Mailchimp order form

Hi
I was wondering if anyone could assist. We are a wholesale business with an altering range of lines held. We send out offers with perhaps 5-10 lines on offer and we would like the facility for customers to type an order quantity in and respond as a means of placing an order (we are planning online ordering via our website but would like this as an interim step until the facility is arranged).
The nature of our business means we typically clear lines and replace with something different, so an online type shop doesnt fit our current model. The best analogy would be a discount wholesaler. We are trying to streamline the business to make the order process easier for customers, and this seemed an easy first step.
Does anyone know how we could accomplish this or have suggestions?
many thanks

More detail required, what format should the customer response take?
- A return email with the quantity?
- Click a link to an existing site?
- Embed a form in the email with a quantity field? This would suggest that you have a backend system that can accept the form response?
If you don't already have online ordering, how will you identify the customer and take payment?
Are you just looking for the customer to express interest and you will then ring them up and process the order over the phone?
