Gathering visitor information

I'm at the Midlands Model Eng' exhibition next week so probably left this a it late but does anyone know of an app that allows visitors to enter their email etc on an iPad at a show so they can 'sign up' for updates/Twitter etc? Easier at a trade shows as you just ask for a business card..

I Just use a google form for this sort of thing, nice and easy

With GDPR on the way, it is sensible to make sure your form tells them exactly what their data will be used for, and make sure your form has a mechanism for you to demonstrate they consent for that purpose.

Very easy to use ipad app to link with your mailchimp list is Chimpadeedoo (crap name though) you can add a background image to match it up to your branding.
