In need of help please.

Got a good friend looking to place large quantities of natural gas into the UK and EU market. Produced by Gazprom delivered to Rotterdam.

I haven't got a clue where to start looking for serious buyers, and I don't know whether sanctions are still an issue.

Any advice will be gratefully received.

Thanks!

So, you have no idea what the current sanctions regime nor how to find buyers for bulk wholesale gas imports but think you'll get a deal sorted on Pistonheads?

Hmmm.

Good luck with that.

In order to assist, have you considered using google to research the current sanctions in respect to Russian exports?

Entertain me, on a Friday night. Gazprom have their own team of traders (based in London, from memory), so how does someone on PH, end up long of Gazprom gas, presumably bought CIF Rotterdam?? Its a very specific set of circumstances, and not one someone would usually find themselves in. Anyone trading gas would have the right contacts, and with the amount of money involved, its unlikely someone not involved in the industry would end up buying a cargo.
