Yodel Courier dispute

Last week i had a yodel delivery card pushed through my door, it said they had left whatever they were trying to deliver at my side door. We dont have a side door and after searching for the item i realised it wasnt there.

I called Yodel and they told me that according to the system it was a parcel from "radial GMBH packets" and they have interviewed the driver who says he posted the parcel through letterbox (despite leaving a card saying he had left it at side door). Nothing was posted at all that day.

Yodel now say i should contact the sender, but i cant for the life of me work out who it is.

Ive googled radial GMBH packets but cant find anything that looks like a retailer.

Can anyone shed any light?

Radial are an order fulfilment company so if you've placed an order with any of these brands then it may well say Radial on the Couriers Delivery sheet - https://www.radial.com/clients

OP,are you expecting a parcel delivery ?

Yodel only employ utterly useless people in my experience, so I’d go with the delivery person getting the wrong house.

Can’t think what we’ve ordered to be honest. They said it had my wife’s name on the order but she’s not owned up to ordering anything yet...

Go to their depot and ask to see the computer print of the records which they have?
