Recommend car park management/monitoring company

Currently scoping design of a car park build near Birmingham from groundworks through to ongoing management, and need to identify a company to provide on-call support for any issues, enforcement and possibly cctv monitoring.

This is a new venture for us so have no existing knowledge or relationships, and google search just seems to throw up the cowboys whose tickets everybody ignores these days.

Anybody have any experience or contacts in this area, or am I better off approaching the likes of G4S or NCP?

I think that you will struggle to find one contractor to handle all aspects of your project.

A surface level car park could be procured through a small design and build civil engineering contract. An underground multi-storey is serious civil engineering project.

Thanks for the links. It's a surface level car park, and I've got the build, access control, payment etc under control. It's the ongoing running of the car park that I need to outsource so that last link is useful

Loads of companies do this. Ring a manufacturer such as Faac or parking facilities and they will recommend a few installers. I used to work for one such outfit but they were a bit out of their depth on bigger projects like that. Plenty of more specialist operators out there though.
