SAAS App for a Courier Type Service - Recommendations

[jonamv8]

Hi

We have a client whose staff make inspections. We'd like to utilise a SAAS app that works a bit like a couriers would. ie a time and date is booked and upon inspection being carried out, customer signs to say it's been done. Tracking of staff for accurate time of arrival and also proof that inspection was carried out by customer signing on a smart phone for example.

Anyone using anything that they think would fit the bill and they could recommend?

Thanks

Jon

Have a look at Forms by Devicemagic.

I use these for my reports and have them at my desk within 2 minutes of inspection. The form entry can be Geotagged as well for tracking etc.

thanks - geotagging and the customer signing to say inspection complete is a requirement for this one.
