We have used Sage200 for quite a few years, and it serves a good purpose for us. It is time to upgrade to the latest version and got me thinking to see if there are alternatives available.

We use Commercials, Financials & Warehousing.

Look in to Sage 200 standard online.

It's a toned down version of 200 Extra so depending on functionality you could save alot of money downgrading to it.

It is one of our options, but the initial feedback is that Commercials doesn't work so well, and that is critical to our efficiency.

Is that feedback from other users?

Book a demo then you can see it for yourself and make a more educated decission. Book direct with Sage not a reseller/partner.

We move from Sage 200 to Sage X3. I would say ensure you go through the implementation with a fine tooth comb as this part was over looked by our internal teams and we have struggled to remain efficient as a result.

Thanks. Having had an original nightmare implementing 200 (when moving from Opera), a fine tooth comb would be welded happily.

Dynamics 365 is a new product that is sold and supported by Microsoft.

Personally I quit on Sage due to the very lacklustre "business partners".

We are a similar size to you and moved from Sage 200 to Intact IQ software.

It's a great bit of kit and the UK team are only in Hemel Hempstead. Intact IQ won an award at the ERP head-to-head this year too 100% worth a look and seeing if they can help?

Where in the world are you? Welcome here as a reference site if needs be although might not be same industry?
