Online Sales Databases
Discussion
Howdy all,
We have a prospect list of around 1,500 contacts that is currently maintained on an Excel spreadsheet shared via a Google Drive folder.
It works OK - we aren't a full-on sales type operation and generally contact prospects to establish future likely contracts as they all require tendering rather than direct selling although we do a little of the latter.
Just wondering if any of you have any experiences / recommendations for online sales database management tools. There's plenty out there so some first had experience would help to hone the search.
Cheers

I've used Salesforce in the past and thought it was quite good but not cheap.
Also you're contracted in for a period of time, often referred to as the golden handcuffs!Edited by cuprabob on Tuesday 2nd January 14:42
