I recently secured a CCJ against a company the value is £3000

I'm just waiting out the period where they can appeal but assuming they dont whats the best way to apply pressure on them to pay up?

They are Ltd.

You might be able to recover the costs.

If you PM me I can put you in touch with a semi-retired solicitor who does this sort of thing for fun. He might do some sort of conditional fee arrangement for you.

Statutory Demand - The threat alone has got me paid twice. I bypassed the CCJ route last time and threatened it and got paid in a week

+1 for Statutory demand.
We got our money while others lost thousands when the curtain finally fell.

You can fill it in and post yourself for the cost of special delivery (you need to prove delivery)

If still not paid after serving statutory demand you can consider the next step which is to wind it up smile
