BT phones end of contract best route

Hi Folks,

we have a couple of ISDN lines and fibre broadband with BT we were using the versatility system, which still works fine most glitches come if the isdn lines go down.

What is our best option going forward BT local are wanting us to go onto a cloud based system via the broadband, I this a good idea, what are the potential pitfalls? We have 10 users for the system currently.

Any feedback or alternative good Glasgow based comms providers would be welcome.
