Inventory/E-mail reminder software options help required

Hi guys,
I'm planning to launch a new single product business. The product has a shelf life of about 2 months and I need to get some software that will allow me to keep track of the inventory levels, orders placed (by the small sales team), and be able to send out e-mail reminders every 2 months to customers that have purchased the product to try and get repeat business. This is not on-line sales (at least not initially) but will done by a small sales force, so ideally each sale is recorded with customer details, stock levels are then adjusted, and this would all feed through in to the balance sheet and profit and loss statement. If anyone has any idea of suitable software for this it would be much appreciated as there seems to be a huge number out there and most seem overly complicated and designed for much larger, multiple line businesses.
