Running race t-shirts

I am organising a running race this year, about 700 runners. Last year we paid £4.75 plus vat per t-shirt from a local supplier, these are mesh type polyester shirts which are screen printed with a custom design.

Someone has mentioned that China might be the place to go to reduce our costs, profits go to charity.

Is Alibaba the best place to look?
