Selling a BTL with Tenant quickly

Any suggestions please on where to sell a property, BTL with long-term tenant included.

Maybe some property guys on here could be interested, someone I know just wants a quick sale. ~ £250k end of terrace in Bedfordshire.

Any websites to advertise this, ideally would rather not go through an estate agent.

I could be interested assuming your acquaintance isn't expecting to get top of the market money for vacant possession. On the other hand a good tenant at a sensible rent would be a bonus for me. I'm no property magnate, but do have adding another purchase to my small portfolio on my radar. Feel free to PM some details.
