Does anyone have any experience with the market on say £1mln bridging loans these days to finalize a residential build development in london?

The company that my company is a part of provides such a service. Best to go through a broker, there’ll be arrangement fees which can typically be added to the bridging loan, plus sometimes an exit fee upon sale of property. Happy to chat through it with you and recommend some names, but I’m on holiday in at the moment and just about to head to the bar
