Having a racetrack corner as a brand name?

Just wondering if there would be any implications to having a famous corner at a racetrack as a brand name. I was potentially thinking of having the shape of the corner as a symbol too.

Think the racetrack would kick up a fuss with the business being in the same sector too?

so in trade, who would average Joe Public think of if you mentioned that word? - the racetrack, therefore it is arguably their trademark... it doesn't have to be registered..

same market sector, and using the shape of the corner as well... mmm sounds like a deliberate attempt to use their brand to build your business... if they won, they could potentially pursue you for anything you have made using their trademark...
