Filling in a V5 in the name of a business....

How does one fill in a V5 in such a way as to transfer ownership to a company, not a person?

Isn't it just a case of filling in the company name as part of the new owner details, or has the V5 changed? Mine (issued in 2015) says in the first box in section 6 "Title (for example Ms, Rev and so on) or business name."

Just select sold to a business as below:

You will need the vehicle in the business name as well if its a commercial so as to be able to claim the VAT back.
