Paypal business gurus - advice please!

(simple Q - is it possible to generate a CSV/Intuit etc file, based on 12 months sales of a single eBay item number, from a paypal business account to export to excel or similar?)
Can anyone advise on getting some specific figures out of a paypal business account, please? Basically, I need to see total revenue generated by one particular eBay item (I can generate a PDF but would like to have a more editable file).
I've been trying to use the various report/statement generators but there seem to be drawbacks with each:
- using Transaction Finder only provides 90 days results rather than 12 months which I need.
- using Activity Download and customising the reports fields doesn't let me specify the eBay item number - it displays all eBay URLs, so I can't generate the single item I need.
I must be missing something...? Any pointers please?
