All seems a bit unfair on the company who are only doing what millions of others are including some really big London ones. Looks like the BBC now just pick a target and go in for the kill

It's high time that bloated, biased 'corporation' stood on it's own feet. Remove the TV licence and see what they have to do to survive against the competition...I'd give that place a single month before stooping to similar competitive tactics many law-abiding companies featured in that episode employ to simply 'exist' in such competitive markets.

It seems they've muddled the two issues. The main one being that they're just really st at what they do.

I expect that presenter gets a great deal of money for doing that, ten times as much as he should charge I expect. Ridiculous that he should be criticising others.
