Seem to be paying fortunes on my telephone system. (6 ISDN lines)
It's just come up for renewal - looking to pay a fair price to a good company as the one I am dealing with i'm not happy with.
Reluctant to go for a hosted system as I don't have a lease line and the tinternet here, although fibre is a bit hit or miss.

Can you not just buy an off the shelf system?
We hired one when we first set up but soon realized it was a ripoff.
We still use ISDN with a BT Versatility system, I think the whole system cost around £300.00 (four handsets)a fair few years ago.
The only maintenance we have done is replace the system battery.

We have a couple of compatibility issues that i would rather someone who knows what's going on deals with. Just looking for an honest company that has our best interests in their mind not someone trying to tell the most expensive system on a 500 month deal that needs to be signed before the end of the month.

Test a hosted system such as Voipfone, the bandwidth it requires is limited and you will save a small fortune. We've never looked back since.It's just come up for renewal - looking to pay a fair price to a good company as the one I am dealing with i'm not happy with.

I have been having the same problem.
Just now am working between, BlueBeam for take off and using kashflow to create quotes, invoices and keep on top of what has been paid, outstanding etc.
Still a very time consuming thing to do though and always on the look out for something thats going to streamline the process. But from what I have seen the only way to go about it is to get custom software / program made up!!
