I have a client that provides iPads to their employees to help them do their jobs. The supply in company was supposed to do the initial setup and deal with ongoing updates and support, however they’ve been rubbish so my client is looking for a company to take over. Anyone have any recommendations?

How many users require support? What level of ongoing support do they require?

50 odd users so far. Maybe double that by next year. Mainly basic stuff like setting up the remote management software and making sure the devices are reasonably secure, setting up email accounts and performing software updates as and when are required. They are a education services company, so there are just one or two apps that all users require, as well as a back office web app.

I'd say their requirements are simple, but so are the technical skills of their employees!

We have done this previously for a school with 50 ipads that we supplied.

The updates and synchronisation at that time was done via a smart trolley on site by one of our engineers. I am sure there would be a newer better remote way to do this. Happy to look into it and discuss with you.
