We run a maintenance company that is running a paper based jobsheets system.

We carry out work at premises, fill out a hand written, numbered, multipart jobsheet, leave top copy at the location and then the remaining sheets are processed by hand back at base.

We want to update this system whereby all administration is done on site via a tablet or similar and invoicing etc can be raised automatically. by linking the electronic jobsheet to the invoicing system.

Are there any systems/ software that users would recommend ?

Cheers,

Tony

Jobber has customisable visit sheets and invoicing etc. I had a trial before prices went a bit daft, but still liked the format. Looked at it orginally as tied in with Xero and was the best I found out of dozens of trials.

We built an electronic delivery note system for a client in the west midlands which could be customised to do what you want. PM me your details if you'd like to chat.

Also interested in this. We have 18 pages of forms plus images for each job and printed docs are not ideal...
