Amend Wordpress site

We have recently moved offices and i need to update our contact details on our website.

I do have a very very basic knowledge of wordpress and have managed to update address and telephone number on the 'contact us' page of the site, but our number is shown in large text at the top of the page on evey page and i just can seem to find it when i log into the dashboard to amend the site.

Below is the text circled that i need to amend. I beleive that this is classed as the 'top bar' which i can see a reference to within the dashbaord, but it doesn't give me any option to amend the text??

It might be a picture, try seeing if you can copy it by right clicking.

Have you got a "theme options" bit on the wordpress menu?

Found theme options on the dashboard, but looked through everything and cannot see any options to amend text.

Try Appearance, Editor, then there might be one there that has header.php (Theme Header) could be in there.

Have you tried Appearance > Widgets? It might be in there, but realistically - looking at the code it's been hard-coded into your theme,

If you can go Appearance > Editor > header.php it might be in there - but be careful as editing this may break your site if you're not familiar with it - let me know if you'd like me to take a look properly,

The site is using a theme called "The Beauty Salon 2" which is a paid-for theme - don't suppose you still have the purchase / support details for it?

You're looking to edit something called a top bar. It could be set up as a widget or a menu, there's a number of approaches different themes use.

PM me if you want specific help, don't pay someone for this it's trivial. Even if someone has edited the base theme it's straightforward to sort out.

When visiting your website from my office connection is it blocked by Sophos with the following error:

"Access has been blocked as the threat JS/RefC-Gen has been found on this website."

Might be worth scanning for any dodgy code on your site. Often if the themes are acquired from non-legit sources they are preloaded with nasties.
There is a plugin called 'Wordfence' that can scan for issues.
