Just having a discussion with my web man regarding search details . SEO bla bla. My question was the ratio of business search by device. Would office staff use thier own phone to search, or would they use windows. Obviously pad use is low ( I think) in most businesses? Which leaves a desktop presumably running windows or similar or maybe a smart phone? Any ideas?

At work it would be desktops generating the majority of searches. I know several companies have a no mobile policy.

That being said, in previous companies I have worked for it was just easier using the desktop as I was working on one. Really depends on the product I guess, I would imagine field sales using mobiles more as it's easier than pulling out a laptop.
