Currency Account option & suggestions?

My business currently has a stering account with Lloyds and a Euro and US dollar account with Metrobank.
I opened the metrobank account because Lloyds couldn't offer online internationbal transactions at anything like a sensble rate.
However, Metrobank, despite all the bold claimes, they missold me a product, but having got past that, its just one problem after another. Its a bit like a bank run by ameteurs, with IT systems to match. My patience is exhausted.
So, what are some good options? Google throws up so much, its hard to know where to start. I see Worldfirst (who clearly spend heavily on google) offer what looks to be a useful option but as they cant even answer their own live chat function doesn't bode well for their likely performance.
For clarity, i need this as some of my customers pay in US dollars, and i pay my suppliers in US dollars.
Any suggestions for cost effective easy to use solutions gratefully recieved.
