Designing a camouflage pattern

Hi all, I sell products some of which are in a camouflage pattern. Previously I've always used readily available prints from factories but I want to have my own pattern designed. If any of you are in to hunting/the outdoors you have probably heard of "Realtree". I'm basically interested in getting someone to design me something similar. I've had an example template from the factory and there are literally hundreds of layers in the photoshop file so its way beyond me.

I'd be willing to pay for this to be done if I could find the right person. Anyone got any experience in this?

One of our designers could probably do this for you, they sit on Photoshop all day - PM me if you'd like we can advise at the very least
