eBay File Exchange Issues

Hi,

Does anybody here have any experience with eBay's file exchange service?

I am pulling my hair out trying to find the cause of this error:

2 Add Failure 37 "Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.|Item.ShippingDetails|"

I've literally just copied and pasted the UK shipping rate for this first test item: UK_RoyalMailSecondClassStandard

Can anybody point any light on what else Error code 37 could represent?

In that the UK_RoyalMailSecondClassStandard variable is expecting more information than you've given it.
