We spend a lot every year collecting parcels from China and shipping them either the US, UK, Australia or New Zealand. We don't have a joined up approach on this, so looking at how we can centralise and save money.

Anyone with experience or who can point the way?

Isn't China post cheap as chips compared to anything else?
All the other countries have to deliver their tat as per the international postal agreement.

Do you need faster?

Parcels aren't always time sensitive, but we cannot have uncertainty, so the ability to track is required.

probably circa £20k p.a. as a group. It is always three figures per parcel.

ok, where are you based. I've got a supplier that could work for you, but they operate regional accounts, so need to put you in touch with the right region.

Other than the usual couriers try Inxpress.

They are basically a broker but get really good rates from the major couriers because they get so much business.

It an all be done through their website which is really easy to use.

My UPS and TNT rates are really good so at the moment they cant beat my export prices but for imports they are usually really good.
