What sort of sales training are you after? hopefully not the basics.
That's part of the dilemma at the moment. He's been selling for 5 years with good figures etc... but hasn't undertaken any formal training. I'm concerned if I send him to an advanced course that he may not understand certain terminology which is covered in the earlier coursesA205GTI said:

I’m planning to send one of my salesman on a training course and I was wondering if anyone on here had any recommendations. The guy in question has been in sales with me for ~5 years so isn’t new to the profession. Ideally located in the West Midlands/Staffordshire area.
If you're looking for something bespoke or 'one to one', rather than an 'open course', I'm sure I could help.... I am West Mid's based and been running my own training co for 20+ years. I work mainly - but not exclusively, in automotive & related sectors. Feel free to DM if you want any more info.
