Daily Rental Insurance

Can anyone recommend an insurance company that will consider a new start with no industry experience?

The end user is looking to customise some commercial vehicles and I would like to purchase the vehicles and rent to them but I'm struggling to find a company to insure them.

Get the end user to insure them, its easier and cheaper

I cant find anyone to insure the end user when the vehicle is leased to them for less than 12mths. Open to suggestions if anyone know an insurer who will cover this.

Who do you insure with?
