I have a small vacation rental management company here in the US...so a little far away to help!
However one thing I have seen here is management companies running away with home owner’s money. They don’t ring fence clients’ money and instead use it for operational expenses. Eventually the house of cards falls down.
AirBnB as a platform actually allow the payout to be split between the management agent and the property owner. Even though we do have a totally separate trust account, we do this.
I’d recommend you look for an agent who’ll allow this.
