Commercial property lease

Hi, I have a commercial property (small high street office/shop) owned by my ltd co that is being let in the next month. We have a tenant lined up and have agreed heads of terms. Any idea what would be the approx. cost of drawing up a lease (5 year term, approx. £600/month) and can you recommend anyone to do this? We're on the Wirral if it makes any difference.
