Hi PH friends - my wife has a small business and currently manually inputs/copies data line-by-line from her WooCommerce site to DHLs site in order to send our her goods and as you can imagine this is highly laborious.

To the best of my knowledge DHLs own WooCommerce plugin (https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/dhl-for-woocommerce/) isn't supported for the UK.

Can anyone please recommend a plugin that is compatible for the UK that will simply link her WooCommerce site to DHL UK and do away with all this manual data entry etc ?

Many thanks !

The Moose

I can highly recommend ShipStation for exactly this purpose. Worth every penny (or cent!)

Have a look and see if ShipTheory integrates with both. It’s free for one carrier. We are using it with DPD and ParcelForce and a Magento store.

We use Zenstores...

Very good and good value, too.

Not sure how many items/day your wife sends but Parcelhub (where I work) integrates with WooCommerce, and DHL is a key carrier partner.

Hey Moose - couple of random ShipStation questions if you have a chance.

1. DHL UK is my carrier - am I correct in thinking you can't schedule a pickup directly from ShipStation and you have to do it directly from the DHL UK website?

2. I submitted my first order on ShipStation - the labels all printed exactly as expected yet when I check on the DHL UK website I can't see any records of the order anywhere which doesn't seem right ?

Thanks !

1. I don't know - ask the ShipStation help. I'm located in the USA and don't use DHL (UK or otherwise)

2. We mainly use USPS and UPS through ShipStation. I don't believe the UPS labels show on their website until they are scanned into the system by the UPS truck dude. I think this is because you can still cancel individual shipments without charge. Again, DHL UK may be a little different - it's not a carrier I work with now (last time I worked with DHL UK was nearly 10 years ago - I'm sure a LOT has changed)
