Any specialists in selling a company lurking in here?

I just need a bif it help regards a hunch i have about a company. It is a limited company, it has one main shareholder and the staff at the other shareholders via an EMI scheme. Upon checking companies house, it states the following which indicates to me a sale is due, i might be jumping the gun so if anyone can tell me if these indicate an imminent sale that would be appreciated. Part of the company has already been sold and i suspect the final percentage is about to get purchased? Am i right?
