Best Recruitment Software for Start-Up?

Hi all

Joining a recruitment company who haven't set up any CRM or databases so will be starting from scratch

Can anyone recommend any good and easy to use/understand recruitment software products/companies?

I've seen one called Bullhorn who look like the biggest but I guess also will be the most expensive. I need to it to be able to parse CVs, track candidates, log emails, build up a client database etc.
