Any lawyer type people in here?

[Lexual]

In a bit of a situation where my girlfriend stands to lose about £8000.00 of deposit and upfront rent payment on a property that was going to be a start of a new business venture that hasn't happened at all.. it's a tricky situation, would like to have a private chat with someone for their advise and I can share the contract that was signed.

TIA.

I'm not a lawyer but if you can share some of the detail on here leaving out any sensitive details you might get some good input!
