Any Company Formation/Tax Experts Here?
Discussion
Looking for professional advice at a reasonable cost for the best structure for a new business venture.
In a nutshell, the business buys and sells petrochemical products and gases, mostly from Russia to worldwide destinations. Shareholders are a mixture of UK, EU and Russian individuals and companies.
Any help regarding the best domicile etc?

It's not really a question that can be answered in any meaningful way on here, it's far too specialist and to answer you're going to need to know all the detail. Those who know the answer will not want to do for free what they charge for in their day job. Someone taking the advice will want it to be insured in case it turns out to be incorrect, which free advice on here wouldn't be.

Agreed, not looking for free advice.Depends on whether the company creates a taxable presence in the countries it sells in, and if not, where the strategic and day to day decisions of the company are/can be taken.
A taxable presence will mean the company could be taxed in a number of places, as well as where it is headquartered (usually with credit for any tax it pays elsewhere). If no taxable presence is created anywhere, it’ll likely be taxed where it’s strategic decision making is, and where contracts are concluded. You can play around with the latter, but presence will be dictated by local tax laws and the level of decision making in those countries when concluding contracts.
