Our local town here grows in population x3 over the summer months and there is a 5-6 week period where there are a lot of holidaymakers about from all over Europe.
I'm thinking I'd like to try and do a pop-up business for next year aimed at this period and these visitors. There are already a variety of food trucks and other nice ideas such as electric bike hire and SUP board hire/classes.
I was wondering whether anyone here has seen something on their travels and thought that's a nice idea or have any other thoughts?
Not that keen on food/catering but am interested in something that would appeal to eco-conscious or sporty/outdoor types.

Ice cream truck or even the small pushbike based ice lolly freezer?
Bring together local artisan types? Many creative people don't want to spend time/money on marketing, could you represent local artists and crafts in one space?
Lockers where you can keep backpacks and charge your phone?
