Best way to accept 5-10 credit card payments /£2k a month

Hi guys

I need to start taking approx 5-10 credit card payments with a total value of £2k a month but potentially half that. Ideally id like to be able to process these payments either over the phone or via a link I could send someone.

Can anyone give any advice on the most cost effective way of doing this?

Do you use any accounts software?

You can tie most in with PayPal or Stripe easily and send invoices with payment links.

Stripe is good for over the phone but you can’t email directly from Stripe.

You can email invoices via PayPal.

Alternatively search for invoicing apps as there are quite a few that can send an e-invoice with payment link on.

Stripe and JotForm work together nicely - both can be set up in minutes

Can take phone payments - email weblink payments - eCommerce - job done

If I had to start from scratch - i recon about 10 minutes in total to get going

I would strongly suggest you don’t accept payments over the phone. Recipe for constant chargebacks.

Worldpay is also easy to set up too. I just send customers a link, they click it, pay and it tells me they have paid. Simple.
