Offshore company bank – recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good offshore bank that offers corporate bank accounts in Euros?
I’m currently using one in the IOM but they are charging me 45 EUR a pop for telegraphic transfers and need three business days notice.
Internet and telephone banking is also a requirement.
Any recommendations?
