Small business-paying staff laws/rules advice?

I will be taking over as treasurer of my local rugby club this season. The bar is ran by club members on a volunteer basis but it seems to be getting popular for functions etc when games aren't on, functions are a good source of extra income but is becoming more and more difficult to get staff on the bar so would like to bring in some casual bar staff and pay them.

I think it would be a max of 14 hours per week minimum wage so ~£115 per week. Maybe get two staff in when we're expecting a big function.

So far as I can tell this would be below the threshold for NI contributions. Could anyone point me in the right direction who pays staff in such a way for a small business?
