BTL ASTA Link?

[Triple7]

Anyone have a link to a decent England ‘free’ standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement they can recommend having used, that I can pre-fill and print off.

Much obliged.

Have recently been thinking of joining the RLA - do they have decent resources?

Worth joining?

The RLA are very good in my experience, their AST is written in plain english for everyone to understand, and their forums, documents and over the phone service also very good. Ive done a couple of their training courses too, also very good for keeping up to date with the ever changing rules and regs.

The RLA and NLA have just announced a merger so will be interesting to see how that all pans out
