Has anyone had any experience with the various online services for creating Terms and Conditions for the purposes of a website that sells goods or services? If so, any recommendations?

Don’t get bespoke ones drawn up unless you are unique in your requirement.
Vape / protein / medical might be bespoke.
Find a reputable company similar to your aspiration and copy / edit.
Shopify have a pre loaded set of terms for example that lots of sellers don’t even edit.

Do make sure that it's not a takeaway site though, especially if you are planning to run a ferry service. The press really jump on that!

Indeed. My main concern is copying something that's flawed, and failing to spot the flaw, which then comes back to bite me on the arse.

They are quite straightforward, if you comply with the law that’s good enough.

If you let me know what your selling I’ll look for a set we’ve used in relation to your products.

That's very kind of you to offer. It's a subscription-based service which provides access to pre-recorded exercise videos.

Hi DSLiverpool

Do you think you'll be able to find something suitable in your current portfolio? I'm getting a bit pressed for time at this point so may need to revert to a cut and paste if there's nothing off the shelf available.

I've emailed you directly from PH. Let me know if you don't receive it.

Not sure why the PM isn't working - it all looks OK from this end.

Sent you a pretty good one over and a great example of the subscription model in attack mode.
