Clocking in & Payroll provider

I;m looking for recommendations for calculating hours works, holiday, sickness etc that then feeds through seamlessly to a payroll provider.

I have 5-10 staff in approx 6 retail sites. Keeping on top of contracted hours, changes in these hours, sickness, overtime, holiday etc is proving to be too much of a ball ache manually.

Are there any slick systems out there that make like easy?
