no nonsense PR advice needed

I have a little copyright issue that I am trying to get my head around through the normal channels, but I would really welcome the advice from a PR specialist as I have a secondary plan that I might want to implement in my quest to protect my hard earned and registered IP

Can anyone direct me to a PR specialist who might want to join me in an off-piste challenge to help a small business protect their IP please?
