Photoshop design to rResponsive wordpress freelancer?

[Mortgage_tom]

I need a photoshop design turning into a responsive wordpress page, well two pages. A home page and a content page. Ideally as much done in a pagebuilder as possible to I can edit easily.

I used to do this sort of thing myself but technology has moved on, notably responsive design.

I have used the freelancer website in the past for this sort of thing, but results have been varied, untested and taken a lot of back on forth.

Any PHr want to qoute for it or recommend anyone? PM me & I'll email you a jpg of the design work.
